  • Hacking and security breaches: Engaging in unauthorized penetration testing, hacking, or exploiting security vulnerabilities.

2.2 Security Violations and Network Abuse

  • DDoS attacks, port scanning, or network probing: Launching or facilitating attacks that disrupt network stability.
  • Malware distribution: Hosting or distributing viruses, trojans, worms, spyware, or other malicious software.
  • Excessive bot activity: Running applications that compromise network stability.
  • Unauthorized access: Gaining access to other users' accounts, data, or Ateex.cloud's infrastructure without permission.

2.3 Excessive Resource Usage and Fair Use Violations

  • Overuse of CPU, RAM, bandwidth, or disk: Any activity that negatively affects other users.
  • Unauthorized high-resource applications: Running resource-intensive applications without approval.
  • Cryptocurrency mining: Operating mining software unless explicitly allowed.
  • Non-hosting related storage: Using services for storage unrelated to web hosting, VPS operations, or game hosting.

2.4 Spam, Phishing, and Unsolicited Communications

  • Unsolicited bulk emails (spam): Sending bulk messages or promotional emails without consent.
  • Phishing and fraudulent advertising: Hosting deceptive websites or engaging in misleading online practices.
  • Illegal email servers: Hosting mailing lists, spam servers, or relay services that violate industry standards.

2.5 Game Hosting Restrictions

  • No pirated or cracked game servers: Hosting unauthorized game servers (e.g., Minecraft, FiveM, GTA RP) is prohibited.
  • No game exploits or cheats: Promoting unfair gameplay, hacking, or distributing cheat software is not allowed.

2.6 Web Hosting Content Restrictions

  • No adult, pornographic, or explicit material: Hosting adult content is prohibited.
  • No hate speech or extremist content: Content promoting discrimination or violence is not allowed.
  • No fraudulent or deceptive websites: Scam websites and misleading advertising are forbidden.
  • No unauthorized copyrighted material: Hosting trademarked or copyrighted content without permission.
  • No cryptojacking scripts: Mining software that exploits visitors’ resources is prohibited.

Fair Usage Policy

Ateex.cloud enforces a fair usage policy to maintain service stability for all users. If your usage disrupts others, we may take the following actions:
